Stator Upgrade?

Has anyone tried to upgrade their stator on the 250 4-Tech motor?

Factory specs have it at 380 Watts 3 Phase, which is anemic at best for a dual battery system (aftermarket add on).

Running a Blue Sea Automatic Charge Relay is not possible, if both batts require charging it throws a CEL for low voltage in the system.

In theory it is possible to do…. I’ve done dirt bike stators in the past that not only increased their output, but decreased the rpm at which full output was achieved. This should also eliminate the CEL code as well.

You will have to upgrade your Regulator / Recifier though.
