I've been on plenty car forums, and this is always a great thread that promotes innovation, and great community conversation. Here is the most important rule.... you have to post pics of what you did.

I just got mine, so Ill start, lol. Yesterday, I placed my Jetboaters.net decal on my ride!

Lets keep it going guys!!

I haven't done anything yet but I have a few things coming up. I bought a new seat post for the Captains seat on my 240 because the OEM seat is too short. The flip up cushion hurts to sit on so I got an extension post for the seat. I bought a JBL amp XD700 that I'm going to put in. I'm probably going to add a float switch bilge pump too. My boat is at the summer place so I can't work on it much. We'll be heading there in July so I'll get the chance to do a few things.

Oh yeah, I'm going to hope to add a "yes" to the poll if you have ever had sex on a boat. :) That was on here, wasn't it? If not, I'm starting a poll. And yes Gents, it will be a woman and of legal age. :)

"Convicted, never convicted!" and, "Homosexual, no, but we are willing to learn"! Couple of movie quotes you might remember.

I need a longer pole too! "That's what she said!" I have the same boat as you. Can you share what type extension pole/post you got or part number @Noko ?

Built new bunks yesterday. Changed the graphics for my ballast system this morning and on the water today. Its 38C (100F) here and the water is 75F. Cam.

THATS COLD WATER @KXCam22 ! Especially at 38C OAT! Bet it feels good though!

It was 10 AM to 11 PM. Started off going to a birthday party 10 miles away. Then picked up my parents and nephews and took them to our end of the lake for a swim and to meet some friends. Took my parents and nephews home. Hit the fuel dock and headed to meet our friends at the dam. Then had pizza, drinks, live music and dancing at Sams Pizza followed by an 8 mile boat trip home. Must have boated over 60 miles on Lake Hamilton yesterday.

Although one night last year we had an adults only outing that began around 7PM and ended at 6AM!

Ordered new ladder strap and jad a broken lock so ordered that too.
no pics cuz you guys would get my cc info from the order page.

@HawkTX Here's a link to a topic on the seat post. https://jetboaters.net/threads/swapping-out-seat-post.1555/

I think I went with the Garelick for about $200. I don't have my receipt so I'm not sure which exact seat I got. There is some important info in this thread on the seat post about getting the right size base. I think ours is 9" vs 9.5" but read the post and I'll think you'll find it.

I ordered the post about a month ago but its at my other place and I haven't seen it yet. I think the Garelick is pneumatic and raises up by itself when you press the release handle on it.

I think Noko missed this part. (LOL) @Noko, we will not need pics of this. We will take your word for it.
Surprisingly, in the pics I will look like Ryan Gosling and my wife looks a lot like Kim Basinger.

@geiger41 And I hope it stays that way. I would have been 100% happy to have a working HU stock, and press on. But since you have a choice, and know that so many of them fail or have issues, it provokes you into feeling you must change it to a better one. And knowing that you intend to upgrade to a nice system, taking advantage of new technology is a temptation hard to pass on.
