Doesn’t look good. I don’t know the circumstances maybe he have ePirb and was left in the boat. This is the reason I have mine attached to my lifevest if I ever accidentally fall and can’t get back to the boat I can call for rescue.

Yikes!

This is in my neck of the woods. I hope they find him but as said previously it doesn't sound good.

I know those waters.... the Gulf in that area can be smooth as glass or it can get pretty stirred up when winds and / or storms kick-up. There is probably a good lesson learned here about not going out alone in big waters.... or being very well prepared by wearing a vest onboard and having an ePirb attached if you are alone.
