Went into full baking and cooking mode this Sunday with a European flair. It started with Homemade French Baguettes, Vienna Schnitzel served with rice and broccoli. Dessert was an Apple Crostata.

Thank ypou or asking I am feeling a 100% better. However the ed of the year and the start of the New Year truly kicked my
A— like I never experienced before. From dioticulitis to the flu followed by gout i felt old for the first time in my life. Anyway I am back in the saddle and am now planning a two week fishing trip to Alaska this summer with my sons and a special 54th wedding anniversary dinner for my beautiful Wife
