Masters of the Air (WWII Air Force) just started a couple weeks ago on AppleTV+ - incredible. Another Tom Hanks/Spielberg WWII miniseries, much more in the line of Band of Brothers than it is The Pacific. BoB is still king though, but this is excellent.

Binged season 5 of Fargo this weekend……….wow…….that was intense. The Ole Munch character is one my all time favorites.

Just watched the Roadhouse remake in Amazon Prime. The Yamaha 255 pulling up and backing away is hilarious! The added a V8 engine sound effect to it.

Probably the same sound guy that did Ozark. Lol

Awhile back I responded to a post about the Netflix series Detective Dee. I said it looked interesting however it was in Japanese and I did not want to read the subtitles in English. Well to make I long story short I got bored with so many other programs and started to watch it. I have really gotten into it and have found it to be very interesting. I am now waiting for the latest episodes.

I just finished watching "Mending the Line" on Netflix. It is about a Marine and others suffering from PTSD. My wife and I found it very moving. It is IMO very well done.

The movie Arthur the King is excellent!!!

Haha, just watched that scene. Classic thru hull exhaust.

Tracker on Paramount+

It’s actually refreshing to see a new and different idea for a tv show.

The other day while we were watching this show, my wife pointed out that one of the "handler" women (the one without the glasses) played Calamity Jane in Deadwood. Total OMG moment

fallout...amazon prime
really enjoyed..not a gamer, but have heard about this game for a while from my son. there's some timeline confusion that sorts itself out.

As a huge gaming nerd in my younger days I was so happy to see this happen. Got to watch the first 2 episodes last night. So far they are doing great

The problem with these Asian series (Korean, Chinese, Japanese, etc.) is that once you get through the first series, subtitles are not much of a big deal anymore! We just finished the Judge Dee Mysteries on Netflix and enjoyed them. I like how that just having a single storyline, Magistrate Di solved several mysteries in the series. We are hoping there is a new season in the works.
