Where did your screename come from??

Not exactly a screen name story but... In the old days before everyone had a computer and screen name in order to socialize you actually had to leave the house in order to do something (not really a problem for those on here). So I decided to join a new country club that opened up....you know golf, pool, food etc. The club didn't take any cash so if you wanted something you charged it to your account using your membership number and they sent you a really BIG bill at the end of the month. My membership number was #69 so beer from the beverage cart girl charge it to 69, shoes in the golf shop 69, food in the grill 69, beers at the pool 69. My 13 year old son was especially fond of ordering from the older but still very young ladies working at the club.

My username is obvious...surprised it wasn't taken already.

My name is pretty obvious. My softball teammates added the "O" because I went O-for in a big game. Robbie Ofer. lol

My first choice was kinda, unintentionally vulgar so the Admiral said no. While coming up with another one all the talks of our boats taking on water thru the anchor locker, and this drain and that one, etc.. making our bilges wet made me come up with this one.

Mine is pretty easy as well.

Although, in full disclosure, it probably should be "Jim_ALMOST_in_Delaware" as we are still waiting (after almost a year) to move into our new home. :D

Retired Navy Senior Chief Bubblehead (Submarines) and I love basketball. Also a little Jameson.

Shame we can't name you, I'd go with Jim_Fake_news until you moved! ;) ?

As for mine, I'm a huge comedy fan, Drew was one of my faves, and someone pointed out that I bore a resemblance to him (might have been the glasses). I've never had to worry about availability of my screen name after deciding to use the K__ee instead of Carey. It's easily been my moniker for 20+ years. I've come back around to wearing similar/identical glasses again, but I've never disowned the name. I'm a fan, and can't be shamed about the name ?

Former MS3 (SS), USS Pintado SSN672, 1987 to 1990.

OH, as for my screen name, just like smoking cigars, born in 68...
