A few trailer questions

Greasing the Zerk helped a lot, imho.
I greased mine, but can't get rid of the creaking when I'm raising or lowering the trailer. Annoying as hell. Any ideas? I've lubed everything. Maybe more grease?

The ends of the leaf springs just kind of slide around instead of having a bushing. I don’t know if there is much that will quiet them unless you just completely slathered them in grease.

So I pumped grease into the BB today. It was a about 3/4 way out and a bit of grease came out. Is that normal? Did I f*CK up?

Normal.

I usually stop when I see the spring being compressed just because of the mess if I keep going.

Anyone know if it 's on a 19ft trailer or just the dual axle ones?
The spring grease zerk? Only on tandem axles I believe. It’s on the equalizer between the two axles.

it is between the wheels on the underside where the springs meet.
Just one, or one on each side? Didn';t see @AZMark post before asking, probably have my answer, but will look next time we go out.

Greased all the BB today and also the mystery zerk. Here are some pics it

No washers on those bolts? Nylon lock nuts?

Hmmmm... I wonder if there's a 3d printable material that would be slippery enough to make an insert bushing out of.

That is a type of hex nut I havent't seen before. I learn something new everyday here. I never looked at mine so never noticed that before. Thanks!
