2026 KC Boat Show

We went to the KC boat show today. No one had a 295 and there were 3 Yamaha jet boat dealers, so that sucked. Not that we would buy one but would be cool to sit in it! The girls loved sitting at the helm of the center console boats, which the ones they were in came with seakeeper from factory! Sat in some high dollar Cobalts that were 31.5’ and 35’ respectively lol. Fun time to see everything and there was plenty of things to do for the kids! Only 4ish more months until we can get our boat back on the water

It seemed like Atlanta Boat show had way more center consoles than in the past. Including a config that was center console with oversized t-top that was only partially good for fishing. Did you notice that trend at your show?

Still way more wake surfing boats, bass boats, and bow riders up here! I’d say because we aren’t anywhere close to a really large body of water like the Great Lakes or ocean we just don’t have the higher need for the center consoles! My closest Yamaha dealer in Des Moines didn’t even have a FSH last year when we went to it last year.. I’d love to have a center console whether Yamaha or outboard but the wife doesn’t like them….yet

There's always some crazy boats at the LOZ show, I didn't know that one was still going on.
