First time posting
I'm on my second 21' yamaha jet boat. My 2013 was cruising along and one engine just quit - not good. Back to dock on one engine. Diagnosing reveals that starter spins the flywheel and the prop shaft out the back of engine. Pulled plugs and pistons not going up and down - none. Thinking I split the crank shaft at the flywheel.
I am looking to pull the engine to get it on my bench to pull it open. I am in search of a service / repair manual for the boat. Maybe someone has pulled the engine and documented it? Or someone could point me in a direction for a step by step approach.
Once I figure it out, I will document my pulling engine, disassembly and repair / replace engine. Thanks in advance.
