I’m looking to add a bimini extension and was wondering if anyone has had any experience or knowledge of the two listed below, or if you know of something similar. I’m leaning towards the Shoreline Brands because it looks like I could install one on the front and one on the rear if I want.

You might have a look at Ocen South’s webpage…

I figured out I can put just a normal cheepo patio umbrella in the end of the table pipe on the back deck...

Not nearly the coverage y'all are talking about there. But also not nearly the price, setup, etc.

i've got a hodge-podge setup similar to the oceansouth kit....rear poles that need to go into rod holders, then strapped down to cleat and transom eye, then i attach a 5x7 SITE SHADE (which looks like the same material shoreline is using?) ..it works, the poles/straps are kind of in the way.
the shoreline shade looks really slick. they show it up while surfing , so guess it's pretty rigid. would be nice to see it on a yammie. curious how, or if it flushes up to your larger bimini.

here's mine, i'm standing on the lower swim platform

and a pic of how my shade attaches to tower...carabiner to velcro hose wrap

Thanks for sharing. Looks similar what @Fish-210-sport and @tdonoughue shared. It doesn’t look hodgepodge at all. One thing I forgot to mention is the my SIL is 6’6”, so I’m trying to avoid reducing head clearance, but I might be able to do something similar.

Mine is just a patio umbrella. Literally. His setup is way nicer.

I just put the table pipe in, then drop in the umbrella. Not nearly as much coverage, but works for hanging out back to get some shade.
