F3R-U5909-V1-00 vs F3F-U5909-V1-00 Wake booster difference 21 vs 24 foot

can anyone confirm if F3R-U5909-V1-00 Wake booster will work on 24foot boat? I have a lead on good deal on surf package from 2019 AR 210 and wondering if it will work on my 2016 AR 240 boat.

so I called yamaha.. they said that 21 and 24 are different but they could not explain how.. 21 would fit on 24 but they dont know what kinds of wave it would produce as it's not "optimized" for 24 footer.

even though width of 21 and 24 foot boat is the same...

I would hope he can clarify the difference between wakebooster for 21 and 24 foot boat. are they really materially different give that boats are same width?
