Has anyone added a Garmin Echomap 70S to their 2012 240/242?

here is the mount and install on the 230.

Mine isnt exactly like this but the cubby area is the same.

Did you make that bracket for your 230 install?
 
Yes I did. It was aluminum. I epoxied it together and decided that it wouldn't last. So I had it tacked together with an aluminum welder and powdercoated it. I made one without side braces and it had too much bounce in it, so I added braces and it worked perfectly.
