I would knock down those leading edges of the impeller. Block of wood and a hammer or a brass hammer & chunk of steel. Try so get it as straight as possible and then file the edges down for the finish.
I would not use Loc tite on those bolts, the loc tite thread sealer is much better, its white. If you cannot source that then a liberal dose of anti seize, copper antiseize on all the bolts. This is what the manual recommends and it is what I’ve been using. Again, clean up all the threads before reassembly then apply that thread sealer to all male threads.
I would not recommend a smooth jaw vise, there is too much risk of changing the pitch on the blades… like @Babin Farms said, small block of wood and a small hammer, just enough to flatten out the dings… then file lightly with a mil file, the material comes off quicker than you think.

Before you reinstall your sacrificial anode, clean it up with a wire brush, once they get corroded like that they don’t work as well as they should.
This ain't my first rodeo baby! At least for mechanical work...boat repair, well hell yes. But a jet boat impeller luckily is just like a supercharger impeller to high degree.

Lowes luckily has a slow cure soft set that will allow me to put this thing back together and go out, while the Loctite 572 is coming (inner wear ring already ordered just to make me feel better)
