Portable Electric Winch

 
What about using a wireless impact or drill to turn the winch.
 
I think @Ronnie has installed one or more electric winches.

I passed on this also due to cost and low frequency of use (on a lift all summer). If I do anything it will be a two speed winch. In the meantime, silicon spray on the bunks makes a huge difference. I also just replaced my bunks and the new carpet (w/o silicon spray) slides like I put a whole can of silicon spray on.
 
I'm not going to say what is and what is not in someone's budget. But harbor freight has a marine winch for $90
