Seakeeper Ride install and review on a 252 FSH Sport

PS I'm going to try to uninstall seakeeper app and reinstall while I hurry up and wait for simrad to call back.

That's cool how small it is. I worked on a boat last year that had a giant sea keeper that was basically the size of an inboard engine.

Tested during sea trial. Worked OK then. Simrad did auto update and I updated seakeeper software to latest 24 7 1

Trim tab system.

I might look into this in the future. The one I saw was a Seakeeper 2 I think. Now that they have this, might good with wife and baby.

OK got the app to work. Re installed latest updates for simrad and seakeeper then factory reset simrad.
Now I can see 256 ,259 error codes. Either actuators or cables .......

Sea keeper ride 450 system . for boats up to 26'
500 series for larger. Trim tabs goes on transom

I just installed 450's

I installed 450's on 24 255fsh. I can not get the seakeeper app to run on the simrad nsx MFD.
I get web server unavailable ?
Do you have the nsx? If so how did you get it to work on nsx? Software is the latest for both MFD and seakeeper.seakeeper shows up as a connected device in the simrad .
Did you get it to work?
If not here is what I did. Update seakeeper firmware. Update simrad firmware. See if simrad see the keeper as a connected device. Factory reset simrad. Seakeeper app works on simrad.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Ride system! Can you comment on how the system performs at lower speeds, say 10, 15-20 MPH? The Seakeeper folks have said it begins to activate in this range, so I'm curious if you only realize the benefit at higher speeds. Thank you!
Auto matic setting Starts at 10 and stops at 50 mph. Once you get them , you won't be going 15 anymore. I passed up a 35ft sportfisher in sloppy seas last week the crew stated as I passed and waved. They are that good.
I tend to cruise around 30 which I believe is also the sweet spot for fuel burn on the 255.
You can use manually or customize.

Sorry I missed your questions earlier in this thread.
Glad you got it figured out though.
I had an issue with mine on initial start up, too. Factory reset fixed it. It was kind of intimidating to do as I have my boat south of the border in Baja. Not much support if things go sideways.

Really sounds like you're seeing the same results as I did with my boat. It really is a huge improvement.
For me, it opens up more days on the water.
The wind, wave and current predictions I used for planning on going out or not have opened up a bit.
I find I need to fight myself from getting too over confident now.
