It’s unfortunately become a complete shitshow there any time of year at this point but you definitely went at peak time. Crazy warm right now.Enjoying the beautiful weather and scenery in Sedona, AZ. Spring break with the wife and kids. The whole town is packed with people with lots of traffic. Thankfully we are staying out of town up the mountain by the airport. @zipper, do you have to use a Canadian gauge when processing maple syrup?
I have never seen the raw sap. I wouldn't have guessed that a tank of the raw sap was so clear!
