How’s that work for you? Looks like a good way to go…how do you store it when BBQing?

It works quite well! Still getting my pizza right, but as far as setup and cooking performance, its awesome. The ring lifts right off the base, and it sits on the bottom shelf of the cart the Kettle sits in.
 
Replaced a 20 yo yard hydrant that was leaking today. Buried it in a 5 gallon bucket filled with crushed stone for drainage back then.

This is in our old lambing barn, now used to grow potatoes and squash etc. I take this apart and drain the little pressure tank in Winter.

Still working on seats! School finally done so freed up time a bit. But now fireworks store expects me to work after work.

Found a buddy on the 11th hole this morning. We considered moving him, but figured he got there, he'll figure it out to move along when he was ready.

Nice that he understands the basic etiquette of letting faster groups play through.
 
found this guy also about 30 minutes later so he had already melted alot,

it was more flat and you could see the smaller hail stones that got formed into it rather than the round one that just got a new layer ice on the outside,
