I’ll get a little back once I sell the trailer in the pic. I may spend the money on a permanent awning for the boat which is usually further up but I needed space up front for the golf cart, scooters, whatever doesn’t easily fit between the boat and the house or fence.

Here are pics of a new golf cart that tractor supply is pushing, the Racka. It’s a great price but we abandoned the idea once we determined it’s too tall to fit into our garage. First world problem that I’m glad to have. FYI - I’m humbled everyday, sometimes several times, whenever I’m picking up my dog’s $hit, especially with a bag.

Well in her winter home at the storage lot. Kind of bummed, but only 5.5 months to walleye season. Surprised shipping cover it in great shape going into year 3. Maybe I can get 1 more year out of it.....

Since living in eternal summer for the last 20+ years, I don’t know how y’all do this winter thing! Bless you all! I’ll buy some sunscreen in remembrance of Summer ‘23. ;)

Is it safe to assume you don’t go to the snow to ski, snowboard, etc.? None of my friends who grew up in / near snow ever want to go to the snow for fun, even sponsored snowmobiling trips are out of the question. Too many bad flashbacks I think.

Nah. I like being in Florida. Even though it gets super hot, it’s green year round. You don’t have that depressing cold/rain then snow, then cold/rain, then 6 weeks of summer then misery again. Now, if you live in the Midwest your entire life and that’s all you know it’s the best. Changing of the seasons, weather changes and topography. I enjoy the sun, warmth and greenery along with January 2nd boating..

Idk about the midwest, but Long Island weather is depressing from October until May. Windy/chilly, rain, rain, rain, windy/chilly, more rain, super cold, too cold, everything is frozen, "why does the wind hurt?", lots of snow, too cold, rain, rain, rain, rain, then arrives July and it's nice for 3/4 months then starts again. I'm super blessed that I can work remote anywhere and can leave that misery.

Tis the season I get to piss off the local Gator and Seminal football fans…
Yes, that’s a “The” Ohio State University flag in Florida

I felt that the pantry needed to be cleaned out but the wife didn’t want to do it. I said fine, then I’ll do it.

I intentionally dropped a few things and said 2-3 F-bombs and BOOM! Within 5 minutes she was in there cleaning it. My plan worked perfectly!

Agree. My father in law is a motor biker and can ride more in one month here than year round back in Ohio. Since being in Florida he traded in his BMW K1200S for a Triumph 1050GT and now has KTM 1290 Super Duke. Sure it’s hot, but he’s retired so he gets up early, buzzes around and gets back before lunch.

Somebody stop me from moving South of the Birder!!!

I wouldn't stop you. I love being south of the border in Colombia. The weather, the restaurants, cost of living, the mountains, the city is full of trees and flowers, and I've never seen so many cute women in my life. People here are happy and love their city and country.

Thursday night Tiki Bar · Calle 36d Sur Sector Hacienda la María, KM 4, Loma Del Escobero, Envigado, Antioquia, Colombia
Friday night Rocoto · Provenza, Carrera 33, vía jardín #8a-14, El Poblado, Medellín, Antioquia, Colombia
Saturday - gym then I invited a cute girl over and I cooked chicken alfredo fettucine, wine, and coffee with bailey's, arequipe
Today I went mountain biking. It's been raining often so things got muddy. I had to take the car to the car wash!
