Got the new top installed, what a PIA! It does NOT come pre stretched, had to use a ratchet strap to pull it over the top corner of the cage. I didn't expect it to be that bad. Good thing I didn't wait closer to launch, we would have been SOL. I did put a good coat of 303 fabric guard on and boy is that stuff amazing! Picked it up from Yamaha Sports Plaza for $350, thought that was a GREAT price!

Here's the part I ordered on eBay, Attwood 99DFCCSZ1. Was the cheapest I could find it. As noted above the filler neck itself is straight instead of angle like the factory part, but the caps are identical and all you have to do is pop the roll pin out, make sure the spring is aligned, and put the roll pin back in with the new cap.

The Attwood part number for the angled neck with the chrome cap is 99DFCCAZ1. I believe this is the exact same part as on the 242 boats. There's also a stainless option but it was around $100 best I could find and I wasn't sure if the cap/neck were all the same.

Just wanted to let others know that this part fits my 2020 SX 190. Used the back end of a drill bit and a small hammer and tapped out the roll pin. Took all of 5 minutes to replace. Looks much better! Thanks for the idea and the link.

Installed the pads on the guides & Got 3/4 of the hull cleaned until it started raining. Keeping it in the water is nice but creates extra work

Finally added a second battery. I like to repurpose so this is a crazy expensive gel cell battery form a broken power wheelchair (that tested perfect) coupled with a new dual battery switch and custom made cables by a buddy of mine. I even reused the seat belt from the chair to secure the battery. Will be adding a shore charger for the gel battery soon but my battery expert friend said it should power my stereo for 4 days straight. It's not pretty but the total cost for me was under $70.

I had a rough day on the lake. My fuel rail started leaking and spraying fuel all over the engine bay. Made it back to the dock and once I got it home, I was able to get the green clip seated properly. Fingers crossed that never happens again!

spent a few hours spraying water in the bilge trying to get rid of all the fuel in the bottom of the boat. Hopefully that smell goes away.

Installed Simrad cruise 7. I was a little hesitant to block the analog tachs, but it really is the perfect spot for it here. Just using it as a gps, didn't install the transducer yet.
