Chart Plotter Placement on newer boats with connext? Simrad Go7 installed

I know this have been discussed and discussed but having a hard time finding info and photos of gps placement on newer 24 ft boats.
Where and how are you guys mounting chart plotters on your Boats with yamaha connext screens?
5 or 7 inch screens?
Thinking of simrad go5 or go7?
Love the 7 inch screen, just don't know where to mount it or if I have room?

Here is where i installed my G07. I made a mount out of starbord, painted the starbord black and undermounted it to the side where only the shape of the base of the ram mount was showing. It was a clean look

the 7" doesn't look as big as thought it would... I was concerned it would over take the helm.

I was concerned it wouldbe in the way but it is out of view and doesnt hinder access to the touch screen, mouse, or throttles

I'm using a RAM mount just forward of the throttle levers. The cable is recessed just above the RAM mount. I use a 5" Garmin for the Bimini trips, but I don't need a GPS on my home lake. It's easy to install and remove. When it's removed, it's hard to tell that it was there in the first place.

In case it's an issue, I think that's the same little nook where the @JetBoatPilot Perfect Pass mounts if you get their mounting bracket for the newer models.

For anyone planning on installing the PerfectPass, keep in mind in Connext boats the controller goes into that space ahead of the throttles:

Also, in conjunction with transom transducer install, I would consider whether or not trim tabs will be desired. There are many options, we are about to start testing one tab set designed with Lectrotab spanning 16" of transom between the ride plate and the outer chine.

I see your points but for me they are both non issues. Have no intentions or needs for either.

My gps mount could still be moved back without interference with throttles to clear that perfectpass gauge

The red plug connects to the back of the plotter. It pulls out to connect to the plotter, and slides back in when I'm not using the plotter. I'll take a pic of the plotter installed tomorrow.
