OK...I'm in the dark and curious...what will this do exactly?

Looks like the bottom half of a self propelled wake foil to me. Similar to this device I think.

Not sure exactly what it has to do with this thread. I suspect it was meant for another thread, as @satovod just posted pics of his CNC'd wake foil wing here.

OK....that's what I had in mind too when looking at it...but was baffled as they posted it in this thread.
