Does anyone know the size of the jet pump bolts on a 2007 AR230HO? Part number is 90119-10055-00. I am looking to purchase two that seem to have been missing on the used boat I purchased. I see them on partzilla for $18/Ea. but assuming I can pick them up at ACE or similar.

Did you make sure the bolts are missing and not broken off inside the threaded area ?
Because dissimilar metal corrosion is a common issue with marine bolts. Just a heads up.

On Yamaha engines, the factory bolts are made of relatively soft metal. If you try to muscle them out, they can snap. The upside is that if one breaks, the soft metal is easy to drill and tap for a replacement.

When removing these bolts—especially on engines that have been in salt water—work them out slowly. Turn the bolt out a little, then back in, repeating in small increments. This helps break corrosion without putting too much stress on the shank.

Be aware these bolts are partially threaded, with a smooth section, and the overall length matters. If you replace them, make sure the new bolt matches the original length and thread pattern; a longer one could cause problems.

Also if the bolts are broken off and are flush with the housing I weld them out , I build up a weld on the broken end then add a large nut and weld that to the end of the bolt ,let it sit and cool down then the broken piece turns out easily and if it gets stuck spray it with wd40 and then turn it back in and repeat as necessary it will come out.

Thanks all! I found a replacement and seems to work perfect. M10 1.25 pitch. Looking to take my second trip out this weekend after a failed first trip.

@Cobra Jet Steering LLC - Excited to try the steering mods as these were not installed on the first trip.
What is the length of the bolts?
