As far as steering cable lubing, use the search engine on this site and you will find threads on that subject.

I don’t know if your boat has electric steering or not, and has the boat always pulled to the right? Most of the time this is due to weight balance in the boat though.

Mine has rack and pinion steering. I understand weight ratio. Mine is worse than that.

If one the cables are sticking or getting frozen it could cause the bucket to stay in a hung up position. You need to replace the cables. If you dont have the ability to do it get it done. It is not really that hard. I have done 3 sets of the rack and pinion designs and got it down to about 2 to 3 hours
Get a manual and it will show the adjustments and measurements for centering the steering.

Did you check the reverse buckets if one is hanging a bit in front of the jet water exiting the nozzle it is deflecting some of the forward thrust and making a small amount of reverse thrust thus throwing the forces out of balance, bioth should be even and up over the top of the nozzle, Next check the nozzle alignment use a level across the nozzle openings with the wheel dead center and see if thet are even, if not you can use the cable ends at the nozzle to ,adjust the nozzles I instruct my customers to set their nozzles with a slight tow out from the back. And the rudder can be off causing the hull to pull so you can just make a slight counter angle to deal with it that way. I noticed the right side pull complaint is common

Have the nozzle openings where the jet exits aimed away from each other about 1/16 of an inch

Is the boat actually trying to turn to the right, or is the steering wheel off center?

If actually turning to the right by itself when you take your hands off the wheel, your right engine may be weaker than the left, or you have something hanging down. If it goes straight, but the wheel is offset, the jets are mis-aligned.
