Hmmm guess I might have to buy some adapters, have the same issue as you
When you put them on, be sure to attach your buckle and loosely snug the bolts on the bracket and move the bracket around until you get the alignment you are after. When attached to the tabs without the adapter brackets they looked good until I attached them and tried to use them. They would bind, not get real tight and not retract all the way. Now that they are in proper alignment so the straps stay flat, they work very smooth. So far so good and I am anxious to save those precious few seconds of hooking/unhooking the boat at the ramp while not having to fool with finding the old straps, getting them aligned so I can clamp them etc.

I winterized it (i.e., put marine stabil in the tank), pulled and cleaned the carpets, stored the biminis and put the shipping cover on it this past Sunday. It is still plenty hot around here but other pending events make it clear that the "boating season" for me is over.

The picture doesn't do it justice, I don't think. The darker brown/black looks great with the gray upholstery in the sunlight. :). But the brown doesn't match anything. And I'm totally okay with that, I really like the result and it makes the boat look much more valuable.

I brought her home today. What a long day, 662 miles, 11.5 hours including all of the paperwork, stopping at Overtons and the long arse drive. Tomorrow I am lake bound!
Dang...That's too funny @Englewoodcowboy I work right up the road from that Overton's, just north of 440, and I think I was there that day. I must have walked out after you got there because I saw your boat or one just like it, parked in that area. If I wasn't in a rush to get back for a meeting I was going to go back in and find out whose boat it was. Crazy! Did you get your boat at Chatlee?

Sad sad day. She got cleaned up and polished up in preparation for her long winter rest! Its absolutely amazing how much stuff can accumulate in there over the season. We found sweatshirts that have been missing since April.

That was probably me. I bought it at Twin Counties. I had to make the inaugural visit to the boat store to stock up. Actually got some good deals that day, 23% off I think on everything I bought. The gal at the counter got me 23% off of an already existing sale on my surf board as well. See if this is what you saw in the Parking lot... This pic was taken in their parking lot that day.

Finally got around to installing my Rev8s with RGBs on my Tower and mounted my Amps and power wires on my Rack.... Now just to wait for it to get into the mid 40s today to run the wiring on the boat....

I built a 2 3/8" tube VHF tower antenna mount. I could have used a different shakespeare mount and avoided having to drill holes in the mount, but I would have had to drill holes in the clamp with the other mount (and this way it's much more secure.

Now I just need to find a grommet for the hole I'm going to make in the tower (and of course wait until spring so I can uncover the boat), and run the antenna coax cable through the tower, cut a hole in the console (above the throttle controls) and install the VHF radio, install my new fins, install perfect pass, install SonarPhone, install the 600$ of sound deadening that I got, install my fender lock&pegs (for hanging fenders (as opposed to putting in another cleat), ... I'm sure I'm missing something here.
