Just bought a 242x and can't wait to get behind it. I've seen a bunch of setups for wakesurfing but nothing really for wakeboarding. I'm starting to learn some bigger tricks and looking for the best setup for a big clean wake. This is my first boat with ballast and any suggestions are appreciated!

I've always just filled her up to the max and take off....at 18-20 mph not sure how much difference it makes. Of course....invite all your friends along as ballast.....errr....company....

I agree with @Julian top of all ballast and run it. Draining some from the ski locker can pitch the bow up and jets down to give you a better wake. Keep your eyes on what's being done with the Thrust Vector Wakes from Jet Boat Pilot, they could be the best add on for wakeboarding.
