We bought the HO Sidewinder 3 at Costco at the beginning of the season but never tried to use it until yesterday. Well after lugging that tube into the boat and storage compartment, pull it out, go to inflate only to see that it's missing 2 of the Boston valves for the 3 bladders inside the tube :banghead:. The tube was too big to try and pull out the bladders on the boat to search inside for the possible 2 missing valves. So no tubing was going to happen for us which sucks as this was going to be my daughters first time finally trying tubing and she was pretty letdown that we couldn't blow it up.

Moral of the story, before dragging that new big heavy tube on your boat check to make sure it came with everything it should have. I checked for the basics like the included pump and rope but it never dawned on me to check for the freakin' valves. Luckily they are cheap but you shouldn't have to buy new valves for a new tube that's missing them. I don't have a Costco membership and my father used his to get the tube for me. I ended up just buying the Boston valves made for the HO tubes off Amazon for like $12 shipped https://www.amazon.com/HO-Sports-Bo...id=1503246924&sr=8-1&keywords=ho+boston+valve.

My tube only came with 1 Boston valve...

Well that sucks! We went tubing yesterday and my bandwagon 2x2 has a small hole in the rear corner....so tubing was shortened significantly....now I get to repair it!

We had to return two of those to Costco before finding one where chamber 2 didn't leak. Thank goodness for their return policy.

Gotta love Costco return policy!!!
