Looking to rent a slip but my marina does not supply the lift. Don't want boat sitting in water 24/7. What's the best option for jet boat. Ours is 21'.

I have a Hydrohoist and am happy with it. There are several that are the same type of style.

Really depends on what they allow you to install. Our marina doesn't allow you to attach anything to the dock, so the only options are totally floating ones. I went with an Airdock, but if I'd had the cash I would have gone for a Sunstream V-Lift....but it was almost 3 times the price!

X2 on hydrohoist. Probably the best and largest manufacturer out there.

I have a used Boatfloater. My has never failed me. Look on eBay and Craigslist for used lifts. Especially around Lake of the Ozarks

+1 for hydrohoist. Love mine!

For a VERTICAL Lift, I only can recommend SHOREMASTER.

America's largest and most reputable manufacturer of vertical lifts.

Thanks everyone. Seems the options are endless. I found a dealer at lake of ozarks (LOTO lifts). Seems like well manufactured lifts, and fair price.

I hope.

If I can ask, what price range did that set up cost.

About $7700 for everything, including install, assembly, freight, initial adjustments, etc. This was last year (2014 season).

I bought mine used for $3500.

Another Hydrohoist here. I bought mine used for 4200 and had it installed for 500.

I second this, we have 2 of the 4010DVS lifts for the 212x and the pontoon. Fantastic lifts, very good design and build quality.

I actually traded my first lift that I purchased for $2k for an 8,800# HH lift. As long as you a HH UL1 or newer you are good. No metal in the water.

I have a hydro hoist for one year now and it works great!

We have a Float Air lift and installed price was $5200.

I have been looking for a lift for a while. If you can have a lift that rests on the bottom, I would go for a Basta boat lift ( http://bastaboatlifts.com/ ). I know a lot of people that have them and talked to the guy that does most of the installs, maintenance, and repairs and he says Basta is the best for me (he never has to work on them). Hopefully I will have one soon.

I am at lake of the ozarks as well and used these guys to install my lift 8-9 years ago.

The initial cost and install was cheap, but I thought the "adjustment" fee was a bit high when I bought the 242. But whatever, it fits great on the lift now.
