Finally warmed up enough over the past 2 days and I didn't have anything going on I decided to snag my boat from storage and get this knocked out.

Pulled the old mats and got rid of the residue. Did the heavy lifting with a 3m wheel eraser, then a finally a couple of wipe downs with acetone. Got the snaps out and filled in with epoxy.

Was warm enough today that I pulled the boat out into the sun and put the mats down. Treated the mats before tossing them down and let them dry in the sun right quick.

303 Fabric guard. Looking into a ceramic coating that won't change it colors, but for now this will likely help with making sure no stains stick or are easy to get out.

Thanks for the info

Those look good. Where did you find them?

Watercraft superstore. Blacktip mats seem to be a lot more popular in the ski world, which is where I've stumbled onto them. When I was considering going with mats I looked to see if they had some for my boat and they did. I'm impressed with the quality for the cost. Even at full cost they're about half of what a full seadek kit is.

I wish they made a kit for the newer ar240s. I can’t see spending 900 for the inside section. I’ll just leave the snap in mats on

@suke is this where you bought it?

Yessir! That's it. They used to do a black friday sale of 50% off all blacktip mats. I used to wait until then to always buy my seat covers for my skis. Hard to beat them at that price. Seems they've done away with that and now only do a 30% BF sale. Either way at 30% off it was worth giving it a shot. I did notice it doesn't seem like they offer many of the new boats. I'm guessing their popularity has fallen off now that there's so many competitors (seadek, gator grip, etc).

That's where I got mine also. I ordered them during their 30% Black Friday sale, but haven't installed them yet. Waiting for a little more warmth. They do seem to be good quality, but I haven't really had the chance to compare with Seadeck.

Did you pulls yours our and at least check them over? Mine had a few defects and I opened a case and they had 2 more cut and sent to me, obviously free of charge. I am a bit OCD about stuff, and realize sometimes little things like that wouldn't bother some people.

@suke Yeah, I pulled them out of the box, and laid them out on our spare bed, so they can flatten out. I didn’t see any imperfections, but at the same time, I didn’t go over them with a fine tooth comb. I’ll check them out again this evening, just to be sure. Good lookin out!

I like the brown colour scheme...has a certain classy look to it but it wouldn't match the grey tones in my boat.

The only issue is now you need to upgrade your seating to match!

Mine had little pin holes about the size of a pen tip. Likely for some reason the cutter probably went down in the wrong location for half a second, would be my guess. They were kind of hard to see until I looked at them closer. I sent them pics, and showed them on their layout which pieces they were and they cut me new ones without a problem.

That tan matches the green and pulls it all together. It definitely adds a touch of class to it for sure. My interior is in pretty good shape (interior was done by the PO at some point), and not going to toss much more money at this boat. Hope is to replace her in a year or 2.
