I completed the install yesterday and I had a few questions I hope someone can help me with.

Kit - Blue Seas Add a battery, 120A

1. I mounted the switch and ACR under the port side rear seat (where the original battery is) I am concerned that the cables are too close to a fuel line, here is the picture

Is there something I can wrap the fuel like with to protect it? That black tube says fuel on it

2. How can I get the radio to run off of the house bank. I believe I know the answer, just checking to see if I am correct. In the pic below, you see the stock switch, there are two positive cables on one terminal, one goes to the engine, the other goes to accessories (the one labeled B1)? I am guessing if I moved that cable to the house bank, that would be the solution. BUT, does that also contain the bildge? Should I move everything to house?

That hose looks like the fuel vapor line. A battery cable should not interfere with it. You could zip tie them all away from it just to be certain.

Question 2- yes - move the house line to the house battery. Bilge will likely then draw from the house battery...which is what you want. Then you'd be able to start the boat if the bilge or radio killed the house battery.

How was the install start to finish there @Michael Rasmussen? Looking to do the same in my SX192 this fall/winter.

it really was easy, I did it while the boat was in the water on a hot day. Just plan out all of the cables and where they will go ahead of time.

I built the cables at west marine, if I had to do it over, I might just buy the cables pre-made from an online shop. You can order the size and what you want on each end.

Do you have a diagram you are working off of?

Thanks, was going to be my next question, what diagram did you work off of/do you have an illustration of how you have it wired now? Planning on a two amp upgrade and possible speaker addition in the future.

Where did your stock cables come into play in that diagram?

engine to the switch (red) and engine to the bus bar (black)

I just went through a complete add a battery, 3 amps, HU and complete wiring overhaul. I'm no expert but I followed a diagram @txav8r provided. My mess is somewhat diagramed here. On the first page you'll see the diagram i used.. the last post shows what I ended up with - with 3 amps. Revised since the doc... ARC is really ACR :), and I isolated the power to the LED controller back to the add a battery switch on the side opposite of the amps to try to eliminate a mysterious bzz when the the motors are on.

Lesson's learned:
-Plan, Plan, Plan, Plan! Diagram it... twice!
-Don't go cheap on wire - especially audio power/ground.
-If you want to move your batteries - do it now!
-Take your time. Adding a battery using the kit takes a day at best. Moving the batteries, adding 3 amps, 2 subs, 8 speakers and simply making all the wires pretty glued to the inside of the boat.. that doesn't happen overnight like i thought it would. :)

Thanks @vxooxv little bit more complicated than I'm looking to go but the advice is well taken.

Simply have to plan how I'm wired now and map out everything, most likely a off season project.
