Does anyone have AT&T's Ulimited Extra Plan? How is streaming?

For years, perhaps a decade I have had an old 20GB family plan which typically is sufficient for my family. But new device discounts are pushing me toward one of the new unlimited plans.

I see that AT&T says that Unlimited Extra provides standard-definition streaming. The sales guy says I can can stream at higher resolutions.

I also see reports of people using VPNs to stream at higher resolution.

Does anyone have experience they can share?

if you own a business or work for a company that has AT&T more than likely you can get the unlimited elite for the cost of the extra and it will include HD or higher streaming.
