Double Power Poles !!

Very cool, I have to ask - how much? I would consider adding one, but unfortunately I do not think it would work well in Savannah due to the 8+ foot tides.

I use my regular anchor off the front with an Anchor Buddy (big bungee cord) and a Sand Spike buried on the beach. I back the boat in to the beach to off load, and then I let out the Sand Spike anchor line as the anchor buddy pulls the boat out to deep water (~12 feet).

Pretty cool setup. I always wondered what those things were on the back of bass boats around here.

@Bill Smith did you have the bracket fabricated for the rear platform step/rise? Very nice mod ... envious of your sandbar anchor ease!

I hope your deck holds up to the stress from those brackets.

I had the same thought. However, the hull cap is pretty strong, as there is a couple inches of material there on top.
Wouldn't want to take this setup on a trip to Bimini though, lol.

Very cool how they route the hydraulics through the brackets. Very clean install.

An FSH praying mantis! Unique look for sure. Without a real transom like we see in outboards, this is the epitome of adaptation.

So nice to not have to use anchors at the sandbar or use the spot lock on the trolling motor. Brackets and poles came from Cycle Springs in Palm Harbor, FL. View attachment 84104View attachment 84105

Are those 8ft or 10ft? Trying to decide between the two.

I've got an 8 foot blade II on mine, it works pretty well in 5 foot or less. I've been hit or miss in the 6-7 foot range.

WOW, that look awesome. Mind f I ask how much that cost?

Is there a way to order the brackets? If so can you post a link or phone number?

JETBOATPILOT has them here is the link

Oops just saw they are sold out sorry

On the river here in Ohio at the sand bars I see people using the screw in anchors one in the front and one in the rear

How does it work with the single pole? Wondering if two are necessary? Mostly would use it at the beach or sandbar.
