When I start my boat the connects screen says stereo error and the alarm will not stop beeping. The screen says audio unit turned off and no matter what I do I can't get it to turn on. Anybody ever had this happen

Don't have a Connext boat yet....but I wonder if you have a low battery...???

I agree with Julian. I would start by checking each battery voltage with a digital voltmeter with battery switches off. Less than 12 volts is less than desirable.

They are both completely charged just put new ones in on Wednesday and ran engines on the hose for about 10 min

@jwells - No other ideas from me. Once you figure it out I would be intrested to know what caused it.

Try to retrace your steps on installing the batteries. Maybe there's a loose or miswired connection in there somewhere.
