I moved forum SMTP (outgoing email) to Amazon SES

You may notice that forum emails are now being sent from amazonses.com instead of jetboaters.net

We have had a long term issue with forum email delivery due to RoadRunner, Charter and Sympatico indiscriminately blocking large ranges of IP addresses then being unresponsive to requests to allow legitimate email communications.

I am hoping that using Amazon's validated SES service for email will ensure delivery.
