I have the old depth finder gauge in my boat that I don't use due to all the info being on my chart plotter. So i jave been thinking about what I could put there.. I thought about a clock of some sort but couldn't find any nice ones. Thought about a volt gauge but I have that covered in other things I have installed. So I am left with a spot to put something in but no idea what to put there... Ideas?

Clock or maybe some USB charger ports?

Stereo remote?

Or ...

Bit on the spendy side but I've always thought it'd be nice to know what the engine temps are doing this side of them kicking a warning.
This gauge has peaked my interest in the past - Dual Temp Gauge

NOS switch. :D

Do a search on Google for “instrument panel clock”.

There are a lot of pretty nice looking clocks meant to go in airplane dashes.

Honestly if I think about it I can replace my dream o meter as well since I use the speed on the plotter. So inwould have a large gauge and a small gauge.

What does that leave you with on the dash?
Maybe you could make a new panel and just mount the chart plotter in the dash...?
If you had another gauge you’re still using you could pop it into another opening in your new panel.

Flux capacitor. I know it's not round, but really worth it if you can mod it to work at 41mph.

Luckily we don’t need roads where we’re going.

@Julian and I were thinking the same thing at the same time. I have one in the Sea Ray and it's the same size as the depth finder in the Yamaha. I think I got a discount on the insurance for having it so it might be worth a look for the Yamaha @bronze_10 .

Fume detector or bilge alarm....
Can you elaborate on your bilge alarm? What brand/model did you put in? I assume it alarms if the water level gets too high and the bilge isn’t pumping? Is there a way to silence the alarm once you’ve identified the issue so you don’t have to continue to listen to it while you address the problem?
