Is it just me??? Every time I log on and see those little red icons at the top of the page above the "alerts" and "inbox" tabs... I get excited as hell, just like Christmas morning as a kid, I can't wait to see what someone has replied to a post or thread. Will the reply be funny, or serious, will it be a fix or a new mod, will someone be sharing some knowledge with someone else that save them time or money or both, maybe it's just me but those are the things that run through my head when I see those little red icons!!!

I turned off the alerts, my Outlook Inbox was getting way too much email everyday, now I just look at recent posts

Yeah....I'm here everyday, so I don't need email alerts....for those who aren't they make sense.

I only have the email alerts on certain threads, the rest of my alerts I can deal with being notified when I am on the forum.
