We're putting her in the the water for the first time this season. Going to be at Jordan Lake tomorrow if anybody is out and about around that area. Going to hang out down near Party Cove for awhile and also try our hand at wake boarding. Feel free to stop by and say hey!

Check the web site for jordan... we thought about going there too but it said it was way high and flooded.. falls looks like it is 10 feet high! @Julian said theres is 7 feet of water in thr marina parking lot.
We decided to make the drivw tp smith mountain lake tomorrow!

Guys, after you pull out of Penhook, head on over to the most expensive house in VA on the market right now, (at least it was last summer). Wanna go in on it w us? It's deceiving from the water.

Definitely deceiving from the water, I remember seeing that one. I'd be interested, but only 8 bathrooms? I need at least 9.

@veedubtek I know - geeze, just serving up a paltry 8 bathrooms. I'm def grooving on the garages, though. But what if we want to redecorate? You change ONE PILLOW in that house and you have to reno the whole thing, it's that "done."

Pretty small swimming pool for a 25M house! I'd expect a zero depth entry with a nice slide and diving board for that money! LOL And your back yard isn't even private...all the golfer get to look over at you! I'm out! LOL

Aside from the yard and boathouse, the house itself really doesn't look that big from the water. I mean, it's nice, but you certainly don't see a 25m home from the water. Crazy to see just how big that place is. Definitely one of my favorite houses on that lake (even moreso now), right up there with the dude with the seaplane ramp/garage.

Wow it is a nice house but 25 million seems a bit steep for that house unless the golf course came with it. Even if each of the 6 acres was worth $1 million each I have to imagine I could build that house for $5 million or less which is all said and done still less then half of the asking price and a get a brand new house instead of a used one.

Isnt it crazy how unassuming it is from the water? Camouflage?
