Today's Mother's Day meal was completely cooked on the MAK 2 Star. It was a stuffed pork loin with a maple soy glaze, roasted potatoes topped with parmesan cheese and the roasted zucchini. The dessert which was made by a 15 year old budding baker was a strawberry mouse cake topped with strawberry butter cream frosting and fresh strawberries3CDED3DC-18F7-48A0-9D56-29F21D4BD837_1_201_a.jpeg
