Anyway, I hardly ever use the handy thing, because it was stored under a seat (and mine aren't hinged). So I put it here:

The black strap is a Velcro line holder that I don't use. I just slipped it behind the cushion...

I bought to help when I pull up to the dock. Basically to help grab or push away. So my question is, are there other uses for it I'm not aware?
