Raleigh Boat Show August 19th 2017

I saw the 2018 190s today. The radio changed, the color changed and they added a USB/audio port in the glove box next to the aux port. Their maybe more difference of course.

The main thing I know is the dealer meeting is next week so we are really close to getting to see the new line. My dealer friend told me the price change from last year to this year is about $300 across the line. My guess is that this means npt much will change from 2017 to 2018, but I'm new to this and could be wrong.

After looking at all kinds of different boats today the 242 Limited S is my favorite boat for the money in this class. Really any 2015 and newer 242 Limited S is simply my next boat.

Pity they didn't put the hinged seats in the 190s.....I'd guessed they'd do that for the 190s as they are the only ones without them!

I met a very nice couple at the show today looking at the Yamaha's. I told them about the site and gave them my input. Hopefully they will become members here and future Yamaha owners as well.

No, they were looking at the 242x series so I didn't mention it. I did tell them to visit this board so they are aware of some of the issues with the newer models.
