So I bought a 2nd table leg online so I could use it to put my grill into on the stern and still have a table leg for the table in the cock pit. Then I was wondering...ok...where am I going to store this one. I have the other one sitting nicely in the port bow underseat storage at the back.

For this one, I took a velcro rope wrap that has a hole grommet already in it, and screwed it into the divider in the starboard cockpit storage area with a stainless 3/4" screw with a stainless washer. Holds well. I used a strap I has laying around, but these Wrap-it Storage Straps look like they'd work well.

Just a warning to those going to do this; please don't put a screw into the outer wall of the compartment, only the inside perpendicular ones.

Julian, does your table have any material (sea deck) on top of it or is it just plastic?

I am going to getting a grill as well, what grill do you have? Any pics?

I have a Magma kettle grill....but not pics of me using it on the back of the boat. For now I just put the table leg in the bracket, then stick the grill leg inside it with a rag....not fancy but it works!

I gave it "funny", but glad you brought it up!

Indeed...hopefully you aren't speaking from experience!?
Nope! But it scares me every time i put a screw in anywhere!

When you are under way, do you store the grill someplace? Is that what that black bag is for? Does the bag come with the grill?

The grill does not come with a bag, but that is indeed what the grill goes in when we are done. Then the bag goes in the storage closet.
