Hey guys and gals! We have some new additions to our SeaDek product line that we want to introduce to you.

For starters we are rolling out a new line of "Cool Colors" this year. Cool colors will include Cool Gray Over Storm Gray Embossed and Mica over Chocolate Embossed. These new color options are best for boaters who want cooler floors, but bear in mind they will require cleaning more often. Also these colors are less likely to sunburn (experience sunlight amplification damage).

Also we are releasing SeaDek Dual Density Swim Platform Kits and Helm Pads. These 20mm Dual Density Pads are nearly an inch thick and help alleviate pressure on hips, knees and backs and ankles.

The Limited S does come with a competitor's version of SeaDek but my sources tell me it is not nearly the same quality. As for thickness the snap down version in the cockpit is a bit thicker than ours but not by much.

The swim platform pads are 6mm from the factory and ours will be either 6mm for replacement pads or 20mm for the dual density pads we just installed.

Damn that stuff looks great and is hands down the best imo! I tried BlackTip first...was great for a season; but in the second season it started deteriorating and got a black powder mess all over everything. It sucked! Everything got stained. So next I went to the molded HydroTurf which I like; but it is harder on the feet. If I still have the boat when that goes; I will be getting the SeaDek. If I would have went with SeaDek from the get go it would probably still be good...I have a friend in a 40 footer that has had it for 4 years now and it still looks and feels good. Sometimes saving money on the front end, costs more on the back end.

@JetBoatPilot that looks like a non-brushed finish correct? Is that something that is normally offered with the teak patterns, or something new? I like the brushed finish, but could see where having the non would be nice. I think that it would hold less dirt and be easier to clean for those who have concerns.

Love the new colors and thicker pads too. Keep up the good work!

@Bill D yes we chose the embossed for the lighter color offerings to minimize the clean up. We've learned that the embossed stays cleaner longer since the surface is sealed vs broken. There's just not as much opportunity for the dirt to find something to cling to.

We can do brushed but it would be special order and would extend the lead time on the job. Thanks!

@JetBoatPilot I really like the new color! Looking forward to getting our cockpit kit in! Thanks again for the amazing 30% off group buy.

@jameskeller76 thank you! We love it. It will be much cooler during these hot Florida summer days!

Here is a new pad that was screaming to be made! I think it fits nicely and goes well with the overall feel of the boat. What do you think?

@BlackandTan yes you can. I don't have the product on the site yet but I can get you one no problem. They are so new we have been building them as they are ordered. They are $125 each.
