That yellow house is amazing.....can't even imagine. It reminds me of a house at Tulloch. So many toys.

Those houses are in Discovery Bay which is part of the CA Delta...you should check it out on google maps or earth.

Yes it’s a single family home. This one is very close to fast water so more expensive than most other homes of similar size but deeper into the no wake zone. There are a few pro baseball, football and basketball ball players that live in disco bay. There are also condos on the water there but not this close to fast water, more in the “ghetto” area of there is one in disco bay. We checked and there are currently homes for sale on the water here starting at $750k.

Seems to me if they in fact water test every boat they should have some type of launching system. I wonder if “final test” is holding up production. Lol
