Well, the boats are all winterized, stowed in garages, barns and backyards. Sad time of the year but we made it till December on the water. Not bad for Pa, but the winter is now here to stay! We will see you on the water once the ice melts! Happy Holidays

Alexa and I doing the halftime challenge at Chase’s basketball game. Most shots in 1 minute wins a Sonic gift card for milkshakes. Looks like we are getting milkshakes this weekend ?

Something I thought was interesting, and would share. This is the first set of stage 1 blades (bright white) shipped by our shop that we cast, sent to machining then sent to TBC (thermal barrier coating) and installed in a SGT6-4000F Industrial Gas Turbine.

Saw this while out Christmas shopping with my wife. This got a giggle from my inner 8-year-old self! :p

I ordered this by pointing at it because I didn’t want to say I will have/take it “B deep”. I couldn’t bring myself to eat it after my wife declined to so I threw it out. That said this is a pic of a $4 donut that travelled over 1,000 miles to the trash.

Must be voodoo donuts. We have one at a universal city walk in Orlando.

Yup it’s from voodoo in Washington state. Don’t have any here in CA. I felt like $30 for a dozen donuts was a bit much but my brother grabbed some shirts and mugs along two dozen donuts and paid $160 during the stop at voodoo.

Went out to Disney Springs to see my mom and aunt who are in Orlando from a Disney cruise. I’m told Disney is the happiest place on earth. I have to disagree, my 2016 Honda CRV is the happiest place on earth as I watch Disney disappear in my rear view mirror LOL. There was around 10,000+ people there last night! Girls and a Christmas tree from last night.

You know you're a German car enthusiast when you carry VagCom around with you everywhere.

3rd row jammed this morning and became non responsive. Of course it fails 5min before I'm supposed to be transporting 6 other people to a memorial service.....uggghhh....worst timing ever.

Scan tool to the rescue! Cleared DTCs and cycled the motors. Back to working like normal with only a few clicks.

You know you’ve turned a corner in life when you’re doing shot skis loaded with Jameson Whiskey with your 22 year old daughter. First night in Vail. Hard to get the legs going this morning.

the Statue of Liberty shot. Dip your thumb in rumplemints, light it on fire, hold flaming thumb over your head and slam the shot, blow thumb out before it hurts!!

So I have only lived in two states Ohio and Florida, but the level of crazy SH!T I see on the road in Florida blows my mind. It may be hard to see in the photo, but this SUV has fishing line tied from the roof rack to the rear window lock and then down to the trailer hitch. Looking at the hatch, I think the line is holding the hatch closed as there was a 2”+ gap at the hatch body panel.

My new favorite yard tool.
Got sick of spending 4 hours each sunday for a month with a backpack leaf blower.
Now just blow out into areas the mower can go

The engine and blower comes off in seconds and it folds completely flat and hangs on a wall
