A couple factors are involved. Is there an alligator present? Are you playing for money? :)
No alligators. No money on the line.

I foot wedged it a good 10-15yrds back into the fairway and played on.

Still only managed to shoot a shade over 100. I'm not exceptionally good at this game, but it sure is fun.

I really think the R1S looks much nicer than the R1T.

Where are you in the country? Haven't seen one here in KY/IN area yet.
I am north of Baltimore (aka Charm City) in Maryland.
We have Tesla dealer, so tons of Teslas, a lot of Ford Lightnings too, probably 10 Rivians R1T in my area.
Wanted Rivian R1S but it is very expensive for me, limited charging infrastructure, and inefficient compared to Tesla.
I would love R1S have Tesla efficiency and infrastructure, because it has better quality build and feels nicer then Tesla.
Here is Rich reviewing R1T he bought on his trip to FL and back.
Charging for 2 hours or $75 to get 200 + miles in range doesn't feel attractive. But driving locally and charging at home should be no issue.
I do 600 mile day trips once a month so Rivian won't work for this.
