Even the swallowtails are back

@Farny I am in the Fort Worth area. Do you have landscape suggestions?
Sure thing - Bottle Brush (Dwarf), firecracker nandinia, azalea, reticulated Iris, and Stargazer Lily. Depending on the sun exposure, space, etc these are good. Oh Knockout roses, but trim them back as needed for the space, height.

Damn a brand new AR220!

Probably should have taken out the boat on a less busy day. Nothing wrong with a lesson on the boat, either, if it’s your first time.

That'll buff out

Unwrapped her and had our first boat drink of the season. Getting gravel dumped back there later this week so I’ll finally have a proper spot to park the trailer.

Wait……what the hell is that????? A fireplace on a boat????
I posted this mod a while back, I bought it new and installed it in 2016. The original company (Leisure Activists) branded Floating Fire, no longer in business made 2 in floor models, 18", and 24" on center, and a few tabletop models. I'll add more pics above.
I found someone on F/B last week who is going to remake the tabletop version, so he claims.

This is all I can find on the original product, they show all but the in-floor models

I’m still in shock that this is a thing! There are 2 things that will never be on a vessel I’m on….bananas and a fire!

I'm always met with some resistance when I post about this add on, but if I post about my marine gas grille, that goes unnoticed. :winkingthumbsup"
It's clearly a common sense thing, no kids around it, no drunks etc...

That is because we do not see your gas 6 gallon gas tanks back there. Most of us have grilled with a bottle of campgas (propane), but few have seen, or want to see, an explosion of gas fumes seeping from the vent, making contact with the firepit on the floor (sole). I remember the install and think it is pretty cool for a pontoon. Carry on, be safe.

As a new resident I didn’t know about the annual boat parade being held this Saturday. I plan to participate next year and every year thereafter. Not this year because the boat is just not ready yet.

looks like another driveway boating day for me.
