Does anyone have a recommendation on a very strong spotlight for the nighttime at a reasonable price? Also has anyone ever mounted there spotlight on the wake tower facing the front?
The other forum had an extensive conversation about this very topic. This was the winner after another members extensive research. No clue on the mounting to the tower.
I wouldn't mount it to the tower. You want to have it able to swing around easily, and also you will find it is best to hold it down out of the way so your night vision doesn't get wrecked by it reflecting of the white inside of the boat.
When I bought my boat There was actually one forward facing spotlight and 2 rear facing spot lights seen in picture. My take on it is a good idea but doesn't work too good. The free hand one is a lot better.
That's my buddy Mark (sx210owner) in the boat filling it up to go surfing.
