not near my boat and I want to order a Stoltz Bow stop. Can somebody please tell me what size do I order for a 2013 sx240?

You want the 4" ultimate.

Don't mean to hijack, but how about a 2005 sx230?

Is the only benefit of the Stoltz that is does not scratch up the boat? On my 2011 MFI trailer I have a soft black bow roller that doesn't scratch the boat at all. What is the upside of changing it out?

It is solely to avoid scratching up your boat. If you have a good roller now then you are fine. Some newer boats came with very scratchy rollers and some older boats have dried out rollers.

Thanks Bruce. The thing I find interesting is that the Stoltz roller is like a hard plastic and mine is more like a soft rubber.

Is this the roller that folks are replacing? I thought people were saying they were black??

@Julian, that looks like the one on my X.
I have launched/recovered a half dozen times and towed it 6+ hours so far.
I will check my bow tomorrow (when home) and let you know if I can see any scratching.
I haven't noticed any yet, but admittedly, I haven't looked-
