I Swapped out my Intercooler today (SVHO) and ran an additional dedicated line. I hooked up the hose but I don’t have anything coming out of either pisser and I have plenty of water pressure. After 5 mins the high temp alert came on and shut down the engine. I was going to try a Y connection but it really shouldn’t matter. I should have something coming out of the pisssers. Appreciate any help!

Do you have good water pressure on the hose?

Plenty of water pressure.... used the same hose and faucet with my SVO for the last year......Water is coming out the rear of the boat.....just nothing out of the pisser. After 5 mins until the over heat warning came on.

How exactly did you run your dedicated line from start to finish?

Gotta wake up this old post. Seems I'm having the same issue as well. All pissers work fine in the lake but when I hook the hose up to it no water comes out of the oil cooler line. I know nothing will come out of the intercooler pisser but I should still have water out of the oil cooler pisser no????
