Installed my VHF radio (antenna will be installed when the boat gets the shrink wrap removed)

And installed my TV XL's, thanks Will for getting me that replacement bolt!

Washed and waxed the trailer rims.

Then washed down the hull, cleaned my Herculined trailer with spic and span and sprayed on a coat of 303. It is still looking like new and holding up great after several years. It is much better looking than the galvanized metal beneath!

Pulled it from the side of the house and put the tower back on.

Replaced the stock speakers with Polks and installed Tru-Locks. Next up is dual batteries and storage mods to the head compartment...

Wired in courtesy lights, installed bow roller, finally put the mooring cover on, still have to wire in the MF1 remote and switch for the radio ON/OFF on the drivers helm. I hate having to turn the radio on and off @ the radio.

Has any one mounted a USB or 12v to the drivers side?

Did some test fitting for the additional pair of Exile speakers. Still have wire and permanently mount. 20150307_113206.jpg 20150307_113150.jpg

Ripped out all my turf and carpet, filled the holes and put in my SeaDek!

I added this USB interface to my stereo. The cable/outlet assembly is by Clarion and was a piece if cake to add.

A couple weeks ago I installed hydro turf on the walk through part of the engine cover and the little pieces on the sides of the swim platform. They are going to be great for when wet and perhaps a little tipsy.

Before.

After.

Yes sir :). It is made by ram mounts and costs about 50$ with the twist lock suction cup mount. Believe it or not... That suction cup HOLDS STRONG! Like... Take 2' waves after being stuck to the window for the whole season and doesn't fall off strong.

Edit: this is the X mount for iPhone with a 1" ball and a suction cup twist lock combo.

Completed dual battery..cleaned it up with somw zips.......time for amps!!

Just got back in town, and figured I'd finally get to start on all these boxes that keep accumulating in my foyer. Figured I'd start with EZ locks and knock that out real quick. HAH! My plugs have never been removed. Original owner said he never had to remove one, and apparently doesn't understand what preventive maintenance means...

Just finalized the VHF install by getting the antenna mounted. I'll put pictures up eventually for that - I was tired, so I backed it down the side of my house without realizing that I hadn't done the most important part yet (pictures). Next weekend I'll put in PP and get a bunch of pictures taken.

Was about 1/2 way complete and our houseboat manager stopped by to talk with us :-) so that was nice and fun!

just changed my oil, spark plugs and greased the bearing, getting ready for some FUN !

and I just checked my hours, put 51 hours on her last year

Counter sink the screw hole so the gel goat does not crack!

Started installing Perfect Pass on the 232. Beware the edges of the throttle plates. They are SHARP.
