My younger one hasn’t tried yet, thus the need to get them used to the idea of being towed behind the boat on the ZUP. That said, today was the first time my older son (14) was able to get up multiple times on the Butter Bar. He/we were so stoked. Of course it’s skill, but just having the confidence to continue trying, stemming from the ZUP, will really help him getting onto the wakesurf board. That is his ultimate goal. In all attempts, it took till probably his 10th time in total to get up and he did several times today.

I installed some Polk DB 652's this morning. The only annoying thing about these is I had to drill new holes for each speaker to install the grill. The grill's don't snap on like the stock speakers. Even running off of the head unit, I can already tell these are going to be way better than the stock.
I have a Kenwood-M3004 coming in that I'll be installing next weekend. It's my first amplifier install, so I want to take my time and gather all the right parts.
Got this great solid wood cutting board to use for my second table to put grill on. I like having some area in front of grill for my cooking tools and such. And not having drippings on the seadeck.

We used a DeWalt corded vibratory cutter. Took about 4 blades to get through the fiberglass. There is a thicker section in there that you should be aware of. Looks like this.

One thing I would change.......Test fit the door, then trim the included screws for length. Those screws are a bit long for our needs, and tend to "snag" on loose items (especially maddening for us since we put the trash bag in that door from time to time.

Thank you for the insight and info. It's crazy Yamaha didn't provide a door on both sides but that is what makes Yamaha fun - upgrades are simple, fun and often rewarding.

They started including this door on either the '18 or '19 19ft models....I highly suspect they are watching this forum (and others) for ideas, and common modificaitons.
FINALLY got to use my new RideSteady from @Ridesteady and surf my new Slingshot Cobracat from @J-RAD Transom Water Sports. Best Father's Day ever - went rope-less and loved the board while my wife loved Ridesteady! Best part is no pics of my chubby white buns so I don't have to feel guilty about missing the gym...again.
